  • No refunds on digital/downloadable products: All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Non-refundable items: Custom orders, personalized products, and items on sale are non-refundable.

  • Service-related refunds: Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only provided if the service was not rendered as described.

Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Defective or damaged products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Incorrect items received: If you received the wrong item, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you.

  • Refund requests: Must be made within 14 days of purchase, and proof of purchase is required.

Instead of refunds, we encourage our customers to consider the following:

  • Exchanges: We offer product exchanges if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days.
